Veros provides coaching and advisory services designed to support clarity, decision-making, and personal and professional development.

These services are not a substitute for:

Nothing on this website or within our engagements should be interpreted as such.

3. No Guarantees

Our work is focused on insight, perspective, and decision support.

We do not guarantee specific outcomes, results, or changes. Outcomes depend on many factors beyond our control, including your decisions, actions, and external circumstances.

4. Client Responsibility

You acknowledge that:

  • You are solely responsible for your decisions, actions, and results

  • Any actions taken based on our conversations or materials are at your own discretion

  • You retain full responsibility for evaluating and implementing any guidance

5. Confidentiality

We treat all client communications as confidential and will not disclose personal information without your consent, except where required by law or where there is a risk of harm to yourself or others.

Confidentiality applies to coaching and advisory engagements but does not extend to information shared publicly or through unsecured channels.

6. Engagement Terms (If Applicable)

Specific terms related to coaching engagements, including fees, scheduling, cancellations, and scope of work, may be outlined separately in written agreements or engagement letters.

Where such agreements exist, they take precedence over these general Terms.

7. Payments and Refunds

All fees for services, where applicable, must be paid in accordance with the terms provided at the time of booking or engagement.

Unless otherwise stated in writing:

  • Payments are non-refundable

  • Missed sessions may be forfeited
